Former Olympian Michael Brinegar Receives Four-Year Doping Suspension from USADA

Michael Brinegar, a former U.S. Olympian who competed in the 800- and 1,500-meter events at the Tokyo Olympics, has been handed a four-year suspension for blood doping by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) on Monday. This suspension, due to alleged doping, has caused him to scratch from the 1500-meter freestyle at the upcoming trials.
