A Bronx prosecutor, William C.C. Kemp-Neal, 30, has abruptly resigned after being caught on video allegedly trying to meet a 13-year-old boy for sex. The footage, posted by Dads Against Predators, shows Kemp-Neal in a Target parking lot. The incident led to his resignation from the Bronx District Attorney’s office four days after the video was posted.
