Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum is finalizing a five-year, $315 million supermax contract extension, making it the largest deal in NBA history, sources tell ChrisBHaynes. The contract, which includes a player option and trade kicker, will run through the 2029-30 season. Tatum's annual salary will start at $54,126,450 in 2025-26 and increase to $71,446,914 by 2029-30. This historic deal comes on the heels of the Celtics' recent NBA Championship win.
