A man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Harris County Precinct 4 Deputy Constable Maher Husseini. The incident occurred in Southwest Houston, where the suspect allegedly walked out of his car and fired multiple gunshots into the deputy constable's vehicle. Deputy Constable Husseini was taken to Ben Taub Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The suspect fled the scene and was later detained in Galveston after crashing his car into the water near Old Causeway. Houston police confirmed the arrest and identified the suspect as a person of interest in the shooting.
