IDF Announces Elimination of Hezbollah Leader Hassan Nasrallah in September 27th Beirut Airstrike
Sep 28, 2024, 08:27 AM
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have announced the elimination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in a precision airstrike on Hezbollah's central headquarters in Beirut. The strike, which took place on Friday, September 27th, 2024, also reportedly killed Ali Karaki, the commander of Hezbollah's Southern Front, along with other high-ranking Hezbollah commanders. This operation, referred to by the IDF as a 'decapitation strike,' targeted Nasrallah's underground bunker in the Dahieh suburb of Southern Beirut. The IDF claims that Nasrallah, who led Hezbollah for 32 years, will no longer be able to terrorize the world. However, there has been no confirmation from Hezbollah regarding Nasrallah's death.
