The film, which stars Mahershala Ali, is now facing further delays. Eric Pearson, known for his work on 'Thor: Ragnarok,' 'Black Widow,' 'Thunderbolts,' and 'The Fantastic Four,' has been brought in to work on the script. Despite Marvel's goal to release the film on November 7, 2025, it is increasingly unlikely that production will start in time to meet this date. Marvel Studios emphasizes the importance of getting the film right over rushing its release. Demange reportedly left the project amicably, according to The Wrap.
