NBCUniversal Becomes No. 1 TV Distributor in August with Record 13.4% Share

NBCUniversal has overtaken YouTube and Disney to become the No. 1 TV distributor for August, according to Nielsen's Media Distributor Gauge. The Paris Olympics significantly contributed to this milestone, propelling NBCUniversal to a record-breaking 13.4% share of TV viewing in the U.S. This is the largest share achieved by any media company since Nielsen began tracking this report in November 2023.
