Tamil Nadu CM, Ohmium International Sign MoU for Rs 400 Crore Plant, Creating 500 Jobs

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with US-based Ohmium International to establish a green hydrogen and electrolyser gigafactory in the Chengalpattu district. The project, valued at Rs 400 crore, was formalized during Stalin's visit to San Francisco, USA. It is expected to generate approximately 500 jobs. The initiative is part of a broader effort to attract American investments into Tamil Nadu.
