Frontier Airlines grounded all flights due to the outage, affecting passengers and operations across the United States. The outage also impacted other low-cost carriers, including Allegiant Air and Sun Country Airlines. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued ground stops for major airlines like American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines due to communication issues. The disruption led to numerous flight cancellations and delays at major airports, including Denver International Airport. Microsoft reported that the issue, which affected its Azure cloud services, was resolved later in the evening. The outage also affected businesses worldwide, including banks, telecommunications companies, and media outlets such as Sky News, which went off-air temporarily.
