Vodafone, Microsoft Sign 10-Year Deal to Roll Out AI Tools to 68,000 Employees, 300 Million Users

Vodafone has announced a 10-year strategic partnership with Microsoft to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot to 68,000 employees. The deal aims to boost productivity through enhanced AI capabilities. As part of the agreement, Microsoft will also introduce new AI features in Excel and Outlook, including coding tools and email prioritization. Additionally, the partnership will extend to bringing generative AI, digital services, and cloud solutions to over 300 million businesses and consumers over the next 10 years. Microsoft's Copilot customer base has grown by over 60% in the most recent quarter.
