Solana Mobile Unveils Seeker Smartphone with 140,000 Pre-Orders, $70M in Sales, Priced at $450-$500, Shipping in 2025

Solana Mobile has unveiled its second-generation web3 smartphone, the Solana Seeker, which has already garnered over 140,000 pre-orders, amounting to $70 million in sales. The Seeker, priced between $450 and $500, offers significant upgrades over its predecessor, the Saga, including a 108+32 Megapixel camera, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. It also features the Seed Vault Wallet, an updated dApp Store, and the ability to generate tokenized AI agents through a collaboration with Alethea AI. The device will come with four months of free Helium Mobile service and is set to ship in 2025. Solana Labs General Manager Emmett Hollyer emphasized that the Seeker aims to be a 'rewards magnet' for users, supporting a wide range of crypto utilities beyond just memecoins. Over half of the pre-orders have come from the Asia-Pacific region. The Seeker was introduced at Token2049 and was created in collaboration with Solflare.
