Nvidia has announced a 10-for-1 stock split set for June 7, 2024, marking its first stock split since a 4-for-1 split in 2021. This move comes as Nvidia's market value has soared to $2.7 trillion, approaching Apple's $2.9 trillion. The company has also introduced new AI products and technologies at Computex 2024, including the GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip, RTX AI laptops, and generative AI microservices. CEO Jensen Huang, during his keynote, highlighted the company's rapid innovation cycle, revealing plans for new AI chips annually, with the next generation named Rubin set for 2026. Nvidia's advancements in AI have driven significant demand across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and manufacturing, further solidifying its market dominance. The stock split will be effective from June 10th, 2024, and the company plans to release Blackwell Ultra in 2025.
