According to a report by Tom Pelissero, multiple NFL teams, including the Las Vegas Raiders, have inquired about Bill Belichick's interest in returning to the NFL from his current position as head coach at the University of North Carolina. Raiders minority owners Tom Brady and Richard Seymour have reportedly reached out to Belichick, with Brady recently speaking to his former coach about a potential reunion in Las Vegas following the team's firing of head coach Antonio Pierce on Tuesday. Belichick has a $10 million buyout clause that drops to $1 million on June 1, making a move more feasible later in the year. Brady's close relationship with Belichick could offer the power and control needed to entice the coach back to the NFL.
