Sep 10, 2024, 03:01 PM
Four former Michigan football players, including Denard Robinson and Braylon Edwards, have filed a $50 million class-action lawsuit against the NCAA and Big Ten Network. The lawsuit alleges that the NCAA and Big Ten Network wrongfully and unlawfully denied the players the opportunity to profit from their name, image, and likeness (NIL). The complaint claims that the suppression and continued use of their NIL without permission constitutes antitrust harm.
