Marvel Studios has unveiled the first trailer for its new animated series, 'Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man,' set to premiere on Disney+ on January 29, 2025. The 10-episode series follows a young Peter Parker as he navigates his early days as Spider-Man in an alternate timeline where he is mentored by Norman Osborn, rather than Tony Stark. The voice cast includes Hudson Thames as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Colman Domingo as Norman Osborn, Hugh Dancy as Otto Octavius, Paul F. Tompkins as The Wizard, Kari Wahlgren as Aunt May, Eugene Byrd, Grace Song, Zeno Robinson, and Charlie Cox reprising his role as Daredevil. The series, headed by writer Jeff Trammell and supervising director Mel Zwyer, and executive produced by Brad Winderbaum, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, and Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt, will explore Parker's origin story, featuring a mix of high school life and superhero action, with a style that pays homage to the character's early comic book roots.
