Canary Capital has officially filed an S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a spot Litecoin (LTC) ETF. This filing follows Canary's recent application for a Ripple (XRP) ETF. Canary is a new cryptocurrency investment firm launched by Steven McClurg, founder of Valkyrie Funds.
