Biden Pledges $1 Billion in Aid for Africa, Showcases Infrastructure in Angola

This aid is targeted at individuals displaced by drought or conflict across 31 African countries. Biden's visit marks the first time a U.S. president has traveled to Angola, showcasing a major infrastructure project at the port of Lobito.
