ISKP Claims Responsibility for Kabul Suicide Bombing Killing Taliban Minister and Three Bodyguards

Khalil Rahman Haqqani, Afghanistan's Acting Minister for Refugees and Repatriation, was killed in a suicide bombing in Kabul on Wednesday, alongside three bodyguards.
