USPS Stops Sharing Customer Postal Addresses with Meta, LinkedIn, and Snap

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) was found to be sharing the postal addresses of its online customers with ad and tech giants Meta, LinkedIn, and Snap, TechCrunch has found. The USPS claimed it was unaware of this practice and has since addressed the issue, halting the sharing of customer data.
