Concurrently, Hyatt has entered into a strategic partnership with Grupo Piñero to enhance the Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts brand. This new joint venture will significantly bolster Hyatt's all-inclusive resort offerings, which already lead the global market. The partnership includes the development of an 800-room Grand Hyatt property, contributing to a 30% growth in Hyatt's all-inclusive portfolio, which now encompasses nearly two dozen properties across the Caribbean and Mexico.
