China Adds Australia to Visa Waiver Program for 15 Days, Multiple-Entry Visas Agreed

China will include Australia in its visa waiver program, allowing Australians to travel to China visa-free for up to 15 days. This announcement was made by Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Monday during a joint press conference with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in Canberra. The two countries also agreed to issue 3 to 5-year multiple-entry visas for tourists, businesspeople, and family reunions. Additionally, China and Australia plan to increase collaboration in energy and renewable energy sectors. Following the announcement, the number of Australian tourists searching for China-related keywords on Ctrip's international platform surged.
