UP Police Concludes Largest Recruitment Exam with 32 Lakh Candidates

The Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination 2024, described as the largest police recruitment exam in the state's history, concluded today. The examination process, which began on August 23, spanned five days and was conducted in two shifts across 1,174 centers in 67 districts. Over 32 lakh candidates competed for more than 60,000 vacant posts. The exam was held amid tight security, with specific measures implemented in locations such as Ghaziabad, where 20 centers accommodated 8,500 candidates. DGP Prashant Kumar highlighted the successful execution of the exam, emphasizing the government's commitment to the recruitment process.
