THORChain Rolls Out on Ledger Live, Enabling BTC for ETH Swaps

THORChain has officially begun its rollout as a swap provider on Ledger Live, allowing users to swap native assets such as Bitcoin for Ethereum directly from within the security of their Ledger devices. This integration eliminates the need for wrapped tokens and enhances self-custody. THORChain is the only decentralised provider bringing BTC, ETH, and stablecoin swaps directly to the most trusted hardware wallet in the space. The move is expected to significantly improve the user experience for Runes, with features like swaps and sniping protection rolling out soon. Additionally, the demand for native cross-chain liquidity is growing, with THORChain generating an annual system income of over $100 million.
