Blayne K. Parkin, Missing Utah County Man, Found Dead in Uintah County

Blayne K. Parkin, who was last seen in the Payson area on the evening of September 11, has been found dead in Uintah County. Utah County Sgt. Spencer Cannon confirmed that authorities do not suspect foul play or suicidal ideations based on the information gathered. Parkin had been missing for nearly ten days before his body was discovered on the morning of September 21.
