SpaceX Aborts Super Heavy Booster Catch, Opts for Gulf of Mexico Landing
Nov 19, 2024, 10:08 PM
SpaceX aborted its attempt to catch the Super Heavy booster with the mechanical arms of the launch tower during the latest Starship test flight. The decision was made after it was determined that the catch was not safe to proceed, opting for an offshore landing.
