Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has announced its decision to exit its joint venture with Adani Wilmar Ltd, selling a total of 31.06% of its stake to partner Wilmar International of Singapore, along with an additional 13% to be sold in the open market. The total proceeds from these transactions are expected to exceed USD 2 billion. The agreement was signed on December 30, 2024, and aims to achieve minimum public shareholding requirements.
