CleanSpark Acquires 7 Bitcoin Mining Facilities in Tennessee for Up to $30 Million

CleanSpark Inc. has announced the acquisition of seven Bitcoin mining facilities in Tennessee for a total of $27.5 million. The acquisition is expected to add 5 exahashes per second (EH/s) to CleanSpark's hashrate. The facilities, located in the Knoxville area, come with 85 megawatts (MW) of immediately available capacity. This move is part of CleanSpark's strategy to expand its Bitcoin mining operations. Some reports indicate the acquisition cost could be up to $30 million.
