Sep 22, 2024, 06:47 PM
A swarm of drones and allegedly cruise missiles was launched from Iraq towards the Golan Heights, Beisan, Tiberias, and the Jordan valley, with the Iran-backed Islamic Resistance in Iraq claiming responsibility for the attack. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) tracked and successfully intercepted the drones, according to reports. The attack has led to dozens of sirens sounding in the affected areas. Footage shows Israeli Air Force (IAF) fighter jets attempting to shoot down the drones in the sky. Official confirmation from the IDF is still awaited.
