The House Administration Oversight Subcommittee has released an interim report calling for a criminal investigation into former Representative Liz Cheney for alleged witness tampering during the January 6 Committee's investigation. The report, led by Chairman Barry Loudermilk, accuses Cheney of secretly communicating with Cassidy Hutchinson, a key witness, without her attorney's knowledge, potentially violating 18 U.S.C. 1512, which deals with tampering with a witness.
