Sean 'Diddy' Combs Sued by Thalia Graves for 2001 Rape, Recording Assault Sold as Porn
Sep 24, 2024, 08:29 PM
Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been sued by Thalia Graves, who alleges that he and his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, drugged, bound, and viciously raped her in 2001 at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City. Graves claims the assault was recorded and later sold as pornography. The lawsuit, filed in New York federal court, also states that Graves discovered the recording in November 2023. Graves is represented by attorney Gloria Allred and claims the incident caused her severe emotional trauma. This lawsuit comes after Combs' recent federal arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
