Sep 11, 2024, 05:45 PM
Justin Timberlake, 43, has reached a plea deal in his driving while intoxicated (DWI) case, allowing him to avoid drunk driving charges. Timberlake, who was arrested in June in Sag Harbor after running a stop sign and failing sobriety tests, will plead guilty to a lesser traffic offense of Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI). As part of the plea deal, Timberlake will pay a $500 fine and create a public service announcement video for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. He is expected to attend a court hearing on Friday to enter his plea. Timberlake was driving a BMW at the time of his arrest.
