Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has denied reports from ABC that he ignored calls from Vice President Kamala Harris offering assistance. DeSantis stated he was 'not aware' of any attempts by Harris to contact him, categorically debunking the claims. This comes after Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre suggested that it was up to DeSantis to respond if the President or Vice President reached out to offer assistance, saying, 'That is something for the governor to speak to himself. If you have the president and the vice president reaching out to offer up assistance, that's for the governor if he wants to respond to us or...'
