Clearpool Launches Caldera-Powered Ozean Blockchain for RWA Yield on Optimism, Powered by $CPOOL
Aug 20, 2024, 01:02 PM
Clearpool has announced the launch of Ozean, the first blockchain for real-world asset (RWA) yield, built on the Optimism platform. The Ozean network aims to revolutionize decentralized finance (DeFi) by integrating RWAs in a compliant and user-friendly manner, allowing users to earn native yield on-chain automatically. Key features of the Ozean network include an optional compliance layer, a U.S. treasuries-backed native stablecoin, and an RWA liquidity layer. The network will be powered by the $CPOOL token, which will introduce a new staking mechanism to reward stakers. Clearpool's development of this Caldera-powered Layer 2 chain is supported within the Optimism ecosystem.
