Russian Terrorists Deploy Over 640 Iranian-made Shahed Drones in September, Ukraine Reports

Russia has launched approximately 8,060 Iranian-made Shahed-136 drones at Ukrainian territory since 2022, according to Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Ministry. In the first half of September alone, Russian terrorists deployed over 640 of these drones targeting Ukrainian cities and villages. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed this, noting that most of the drones were shot down by Ukrainian warriors. The ongoing use of Shahed drones highlights growing concerns about Russian-Iranian weapons deals and the continuous efforts by Ukraine to strengthen its air shield.
