Israel has announced that it will receive an $8.7 billion aid package from the United States to support its ongoing military efforts. The agreement, concluded by Israel's Ministry of Defense in Washington, includes $3.5 billion for essential wartime procurement and $5.2 billion designated for air defense systems. The funds will be used to enhance Israel's defense capabilities, including the Iron Dome, David's Sling, and an advanced laser system. The negotiations were led by Maj. Gen. (Res.) Eyal Zamir.
