The Danish government will invest approximately $1.5 billion to strengthen Greenland's security, including acquiring two new inspection ships, two long-range drones, two extra dog sled teams, and enhancing its military presence. The defense package also plans upgrades to an airport to accommodate Denmark's F-35 fighter jets.
