Liberia has signed a one-year provisional licensing agreement with SpaceX's Starlink, founded by Elon Musk, to expand high-speed internet access across the country. The Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) announced that this deal marks the first time in the nation's history that universal internet access is being made a reality.
