Lens Protocol Partners with Avail to Enhance Layer 2 Scalability on Ethereum
Sep 18, 2024, 01:54 PM
Lens Protocol has announced a strategic partnership with Avail Project to enhance its next-generation social network. This collaboration will leverage Avail's data availability layer to provide improved scalability, verifiable transactions, and cost-effective infrastructure. Avail's Data Availability Sampling (DAS) method will be integrated into Lens Protocol's upcoming Layer 2 network, reducing storage burdens and cutting costs for high-traffic blockchain applications. This partnership aims to support high-volume consumer applications on Ethereum. Additionally, Layer Labs' chains, including Nexus and Fusion, will utilize Avail DA in the future.
