A major incident has been declared in Southport, UK, following a mass stabbing at a Taylor Swift-themed children's dance event. Two children have died, and nine others are injured, with six in critical condition. The attack occurred at a property on Hart Street around 11:50 AM local time. A 17-year-old male suspect has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. The victims include children who have been taken to Alder Hey Children's Hospital, Aintree University Hospital, and Southport and Formby Hospital. The event took place at the Hope of Hart children's club. Thirteen ambulances were dispatched to the scene. Merseyside Police have confirmed that the incident is not being treated as terrorism.
