Bihar NEET 2024 Paper Leak: Four Arrested, Mastermind Confesses to Rs 30-32 Lakh Sale
Jun 20, 2024, 05:01 AM
A significant scandal has emerged involving the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 in Bihar, where a paper leak has been confirmed. Anurag Yadav, a 22-year-old from Samastipur, confessed to receiving the leaked NEET papers through his uncle, a Junior Engineer. Yadav revealed that he was taken to Amit Anand and Nitish Kumar by his uncle on the night of May 4, 2024, where he received the NEET exam questions. The leak was further corroborated by an arrested student who stated that 100% of the questions matched the exam paper. The mastermind behind the leak confessed to selling the question paper for Rs 30-32 lakh. So far, four students have been arrested in connection with the case. Authorities have launched a probe into the incident. Additionally, there are allegations of an 'attempted paper leak' involving a 'Mantri Ji' connection.
