Russia and Ukraine have conducted a prisoner exchange, with each side releasing 25 prisoners of war. The swap was facilitated by the United Arab Emirates, which provided humanitarian mediation efforts during the return of Russian servicemen from captivity. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, all freed Russian military personnel will be transported to Russia for medical treatment and rehabilitation.
