Sam Altman, along with his mother Connie and brothers Jack and Max, issued a statement denying the allegations, describing them as 'utterly untrue' and expressing concern over Ann's mental health challenges. The family claims they have tried to support Ann financially and emotionally, but she has refused conventional treatment and continues to demand more money. Ann is seeking damages in excess of $75,000 and has requested a jury trial for emotional distress, mental anguish, and depression, which she claims resulted from the alleged abuse.
