The footage, provided by the law office of Frank Salamone, Schenectady County Democratic Committee Chairman, shows Mastroianni removing a mailer sent by incumbent Assemblymember Angelo Santabarbara and replacing it with his own flyer. This incident, which occurred in Scotia, New York, is a federal offense and comes just less than two weeks before election day. The act was described as 'bad, bad bad.'
