ICC to Investigate War Crimes Prosecutor Karim Khan for Alleged Sexual Misconduct

The International Criminal Court's governing body will launch an external investigation into its Chief Prosecutor, Karim Khan, over alleged sexual misconduct. Two sources familiar with the matter confirmed the investigation to Reuters. Khan, who has been accused of sexual harassment, may be asked to temporarily step aside from his duties at The Hague while the investigation is ongoing. Khan is also the ICC’s war crimes prosecutor.
