Grant Colthup, the former CEO of the Australian crypto exchange Mine Digital, has been charged with fraud by Australia's corporate watchdog, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Additionally, he allegedly stole $1.47 million from a customer who intended to swap the funds for Bitcoin just before the exchange went bust in September.
