Belgorod Declares Regional State of Emergency Amid Ukrainian Attacks

The Belgorod region of Russia has declared a regional state of emergency following attacks by Ukrainian forces. The governor of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced the measure to enhance the protection of the population and provide additional support to victims.
