Russian forces have reportedly liberated the towns of Karlovka and Prechistovka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), according to the Russian Defense Ministry. The Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered significant losses, with up to 1,935 militants reported killed in a single day. Units from the 58th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were observed fleeing chaotically during the liberation of Prechistovka. Footage of the retreat was released by the Russian Defense Ministry. In the forest belts near Grodovka, soldiers from the Center group of forces found numerous corpses of Ukrainian militants.
