Four American citizens, including two elderly individuals aged 82 and 78, have been convicted of conspiracy but acquitted of acting as Russian agents. The U.S. Department of Justice announced that these individuals, known as the Uhuru 3 and black rights activists, were covertly working for the Kremlin, with activities that included attempting to subvert local elections in St. Petersburg, Florida on behalf of the FSB. The charges carry a maximum sentence of five years in jail.
