A British Army soldier, identified as Lieutenant Colonel Mark, was seriously injured in a stabbing attack outside Brompton Army Barracks in Gillingham, Kent. The incident occurred on Tuesday evening in Sally Port Gardens, and the soldier was airlifted to the hospital with severe injuries. The attacker, identified as 24-year-old Anthony Esan, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
