Kadyrov announced plans to send the armed vehicle to the special military operation zone in Ukraine. The Cybertruck was reportedly delivered to Grozny, the capital of Chechnya. Kadyrov expressed gratitude to Musk, referring to him as a 'strongest genius' and invited him to visit Grozny. The vehicle is intended for the 'SMO' or 'SVO' zone.
